The Junior Product Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, and organizing fund data from multiple external and internal sources, maintaining data accuracy and consistency within the system and related databases, as well as performing regular data quality checks and assisting in resolving discrepancies or missing information.
The role conducts comprehensive market research and strategic analysis to provide actionable market intelligence that shapes current and future business strategies. This position supports product development by gathering funds’ specifications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitive research to support the maintenance and improvement of products and services.
Provide market intelligence and insights to help shape current and future business strategies.
Support product teams by ensuring high quality of existing dataset and identifying opportunities for optimization.
Apply theoretical and practical knowledge to complete assigned tasks effectively.
Follow established procedures and guidelines to solve routine or standard problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on project goals and timelines.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
0–2 years of experience in product analysis, research, or a related field.
Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Drawing logical relationships between data points, uncovering trends, and forming actionable conclusions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in deadline-driven environment.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
