Holmes Murphy and our awesome subsidiary companies are on the hunt for a Social Media Consultant who can turn our social media channels into vibrant, engaging, and buzz-worthy spaces. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to shape and execute social media strategies that align with our brand values and business objectives.

Here’s just a bit of what you’d do:
- Develop and manage strategies for multiple brand social channels, including content creation and employee advocacy programs.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar, writing, curating, and scheduling posts independently.
- Track, measure, and analyze social media performance, making optimization recommendations.
- Monitor social media trends and best practices, providing strategic recommendations.
- Manage daily social media activities, including monitoring posts, responding to comments, and conducting audits with minimal oversight.
You’d also need to be equipped with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to do the job, including, but not limited to, having:
- Expert in social media strategy, best practices, and platform-specific knowledge.
- Proven experience managing social media for brands or organizations.
- Ability to create and implement campaigns, analyze analytics, and generate engaging content.
- Strong creative writing, copyediting skills, and ability to bring fresh ideas.
- Strong organizational skills, efficiency, and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
And, let’s not forget the qualifications for the job:
- Education: B.A. or B.S. in marketing, digital marketing, communications, public relations, or journalism or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years social media management and analytics experience.
