You will be expected to support the Husqvarna Pro partner dealer network and Pro end customers.</span></span><span> </span><span><span>In your role, you need to add value to our customers for being curious, trouble shooting, service minded, solution oriented and for your genuine interest in ensuring great experiences with our products.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Key tasks and Responsibilities</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Technical support and servicing of Husqvarna Autonomous turf care products in the field</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Technical support to Pro dealer network</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Conduct technical and service training</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Product surveillance and advanced trouble shooting</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Working in an outdoor environment with varying weather conditions</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Product demonstration</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Training of dealers and end customers in product concept, including RTK GNSS (GPS)</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Handling warranty claims</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability too see the whole picture, as in the solutions we offer to our end customers</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Extensive travel within focus area with the possibility of overnight stays in hotels</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Some foreign travel may be required for training purposes.</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Close collaboration with Husqvarna business functions, Pro partner dealer network and Pro end customers</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p>​<b><span>Requirements</span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Electrical engineering experience and\or qualification with a minimum of 5 years of working experience within products and services</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Full clean driving license in your country, for driving VAN inclusive</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Proficiency in </span><span>Microsoft Office</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Solid understanding of sales and after sales customer experience</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Willingness to work in a demanding and customer focused environment</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Proficiency in both Swedish and English are required</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Existing experience of conducting training would be advantageous</span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Existing experience of Robotic mowers would be advantageous</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><h1><b><span>About you</span></b><span> </span></h1><p></p><p><span><span>You are extroverted with strong interpersonal skills, know how to approach customers with a positive mindset even in situations of problems to be solved, you are a self-motivated and result driven person.
