Staff Attorney-Senior

The Staff Attorney represents and advises in all corporate legal matters with an emphasis on supply chain contracting and general contracting. The Staff Attorney will handle manners assigned and supervised by Associate General Counsel(s) and/or the Deputy General Counsel. This individual will focus primarily on contract review and negotiation.  

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Juris Doctor degree required from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Requires law license in good standing in Indiana.
• Requires broad general background in business and civil law.
• Healthcare background with transactional experience is preferred.
