Human Resources Assistant

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to kickstart or further your career in Human Resources? We're seeking an HR Assistant to become a part of our dynamic HR Service Line in Athens. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow with us.

What You’ll Do:

• Keep our internal databases up-to-date with new employee information and maintain HR records.
• Assist in all stages of recruitment, from posting job ads to screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
• Help ensure new hires have a smooth transition into their roles.
• Contribute to the creation and updating of company policies and procedures.
• Organize internal and external trainings, ensuring records are accurate.
• Prepare various HR reports, both regular and ad hoc.
• Respond to employee questions and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative duties.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and company events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: BSc in Business Administration, Social Studies, Economics, or a related field. An MSc in Human Resources is a plus.
• Experience: Bring your talent, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas. We value your skills and potential more than years of experience.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Language: Proficiency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Attitude: A positive, people-oriented mindset.
