Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Finance Technology & Data Integration to join the US Gross-to-Net (G2N) Finance team. This position will play a critical role in building scalable data infrastructure (including data lakes), enabling advanced planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan), and ensuring high-quality data availability across systems. This role will also be expected to develop expertise in Anaplan, supporting the shift toward connected planning and scalable modeling solutions.
Data Architecture & Engineering: Design, build, and scale data pipelines and structures—such as contributing to or expanding the enterprise data lake—to support financial planning and Gross-to-Net (G2N) processes.
Integration & Automation: Develop robust data integrations between planning tools (e.g., Anaplan) and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HCM), ensuring clean, accurate, and timely data flow.
Planning Systems Enablement: Collaborate with Anaplan model builders and finance stakeholders to deliver structured data and evolve the connected planning ecosystem.
Change Management & Enablement: Learn and support the implementation of Anaplan as a strategic planning platform, including hands-on involvement in model design and use-case development.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance systems, data engineering, or enterprise planning technology
Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, AWS, GCP)

Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in SQL and ETL tools or data pipeline development.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable design
Effective communicator and collaborator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
Experience working with or supporting Anaplan applications
Understanding of model building, application lifecycle manageme
