Are you ready to pioneer the next frontier of data innovation? ADP is seeking a visionary Director of Product Management to spearhead the evolution of our cutting-edge Data Platform capabilities. This role is pivotal to the success of OneData, ADP’s revolutionary data platform that transforms client applications (Spokes) through scalable, secure, and high-quality data assets.

As the driving force behind OneData, you will be the visionary link connecting Spoke product teams, engineering to deliver cutting-edge applications to our customers. You will translate HCM business use cases into advanced platform requirements, prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, and guide the product strategy to deliver transformative data capabilities.

To succeed in this role:

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Visionary Leadership: Define and champion the vision and roadmap for ADP’s data warehouse and platform within the context of the OneData revolution.
• Strategic Alignment: Align product goals with forward-thinking business outcomes, ensuring delivery of data capabilities that unleash new potential for Spoke teams and clients.
• Data Evangelism: Advocate for the critical importance of data assets as core product offerings, driving their quality, reliability, and accessibility.

Spoke and Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborative Innovation: Partner with Spoke teams to gather insights, understand their visionary use cases, and translate these into actionable data platform requirements.
• Strategic Prioritization: Prioritize platform enhancements based on strategic business impact, balancing long-term scalability with agility and immediate needs.

Platform and Data Architecture

• Pioneering Development: Guide product development in key areas including data platform technologies, lakehouse architecture, ingestion pipelines, data security, and operational efficiency.
• Innovation in Visualization: Advance BI and dashboarding capabilities for data visualization and strategic decision support.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely, and trustworthy data assets through enhanced data delivery and observability practices.

Technical and Engineering Collaboration

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and architecture teams to ensure alignment of technical designs with visionary product requirements.
• Solution Evaluation: Lead design reviews and tool evaluations to ensure selected solutions advance our platform goals.
• Strategic Planning: Support estimation and release planning, focusing on visionary outcomes rather than detailed implementation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in product management, with a minimum of 5 years focusing on innovative data platforms or data-intensive products.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of modern data platform architectures, including lakehouse technology, qualitative and quantitive data ingestion frameworks, data security, and operational platforms.  Knowledge of agentic AI and multi-context protocols a plus
• Quality Assurance: Familiarity with data quality, observability, and metadata management essential for delivering trustworthy data products.
• Analytical Mindset: Experience with BI/analytics tools and a deep understanding of data visualization requirements from a strategic product perspective.
• Collaborative Excellence: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, development, and data science teams.
• Strategic Translation: Demonstrated ability to convert complex business needs into visionary technical requirements and product priorities.
