Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Senior Director- Product Owner- Salesforce sets enterprise-level product vision and investment direction for a broad product domain or portfolio; translates market, customer, and business objectives into strategy; leads a product organization; and ensures product decisions deliver sustainable growth, operational value, and customer impact. This leader will drive modernization of the agent desktop servicing ecosystem, accelerate velocity across product squads, and identify transformational opportunities that improve agent and customer experiences at scale.
