Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Management Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to support USCYBERCOM's Capability and Acquisition Directorate with Action Officer support and task execution. We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure the timely completion of government tasks, enhance and streamline business processes, provide Action Officer support, build relationships with senior leaders, and support cross-functional teams for various working groups and tiger team initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Timely Task Completion: Ensure the prompt and efficient completion of government tasking, leveraging technical and functional expertise in Department of Defense (DoD) and Service strategy, policy, planning, and operations.
  • Process Improvement: Create and improve business processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Staff Action Officer Support: Provide comprehensive support by reviewing documents, analyzing issues, preparing comments, and coordinating with leadership on policy, legislation, and decision memoranda.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and ensure consistent and accurate responses to time-sensitive tasks.
  • Task Management: Utilize an internal task management system to oversee command tasks and actions, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure adherence to quality assurance procedures, evaluating all task comments and responses for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordination and Communication: Administer all phases of task response, including final coordination with leadership for concurrence and signature. Draft and coordinate point papers, talking points, and other relevant artifacts to support USCYBERCOM J9 leadership.
  • Leadership Engagement: Regularly engage with government leadership at the Division Chief and Director level to maintain consistency and accuracy regarding J9 posture on time-sensitive tasks.
  • Command Initiatives: Assist government leadership with implementing Command initiatives and objectives, contributing to the development of concepts of operation and doctrine related to cyber operations.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Actively participate in cross-functional teams and events within USCYBERCOM to support various working groups and tiger team initiatives.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI and must be able to obtain polygraph
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: 10+ years of related experience in large organizations and/or projects, with at least 5+ years of DoD/Military Staff experience.

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field​
  • Communication: Strong communication skills, particularly with senior leaders.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
