As the Director, Sales Operations, you’ll create scalable processes that ensure best practices for our account-based sales teams. You’ll also conduct data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions across the entire sales team and other parts of the business.

What you get to do every day:
- Lead all aspects of Sales Operations from process optimization, technology stack, data integrity, and KPI analysis
- Build and drive process, change management, and operational efficiencies within the Sales team
- Work with the CRO to report on key Sales metrics for executive and board-level reporting.
- Act as Technical Champion for the AlertMedia SalesTech stack (Gong, LinkedIn, SalesNav, Outreach, Seismic) and work with internal stakeholders to define a strategic roadmap, evaluate and implement new solutions, integrate to existing technologies and enable the global Sales organization with training and guidance on key capabilities.
- Lead change throughout the organization as a purveyor of best practices and process innovation.
- Work closely with the CRO to ensure that the sales operations team is meeting the needs of the sales team in terms of reporting, user support, and manager support.
- Partner with sales leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead and develop a high functioning sales operations team, while sharing best practices with peers for broader success across the organization.
- Build and implement sales reporting processes and key metrics; proactively monitor sales activities to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency.
- Evaluate sales forecasting results and trends.
- Conduct training sessions to educate the sales team on corporate functions, reporting and tools available to them (in conjunction with Sales Enablement)
- Drive consistency and operational excellence across the Sales operations teams
- Collaborate with the sales leaders to ensure consistency and efficiency between the teams.
- Grow and mentor a team of analysts
- Establish high standards of communication within the Sales Operations team and to the greater Sales team, working to keep them informed and engaged in a fast-moving environment
What you bring to the role:
- 5 or more years of Sales operations experience
- 3 or more years of leadership in management roles
- Strong management, organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to manage tasks across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication to all stakeholders
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and employees, working effectively in a team environment with shared responsibilities
- Ability to move between strategic planning and ideation, as well as hands-on execution
- Expertise with Salesforce with a deep understanding of how to optimize the infrastructure, workflows and reporting
- A bias toward action and "getting things done" to a high standard of quality
- A flexible, team-first collaborator who is goal-oriented and approaches projects with a positive, inquisitive mindset
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to change
- Excellent interpersonal, telephone and electronic communications skills
