Education and Experience:
- Five to ten years experience in product/project management - including pricing and marketing, market intelligence and analytics, including experience in data base management
- Bachelors degree preferably in Business, with Finance and/or Marketing concentration or equivalent education and experience
- 5-7 years' relevant experience in Wealth Management
- (preferred)
Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to professionally represent the bank’s position to internal and external customers.
- Strong computer literacy to include Microsoft Office Suite and other proprietary industry software.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Wealth Management marketing with an emphasis on using analytical tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Tasks Performed:
- 30% Manage Divisional projects in line with strategic planning goals and initiatives including maintaining formal project plans ensuring proper completion of identified tasks & adherence to identified timelines. Provides input/feedback to improve work efficiency. To include any merger or acquisitions.
- 20% Participate in strategic planning as needed to ensure the Division has the proper systems, technology & other resources necessary to provide superior client experience.
- 20% Provides insight, identifies trends and strategic planning opportunities based on analysis, monitoring and reporting of sales data. Conducts market and competitive research, financial and other analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- 15% Maintains and analyzes critical market information by assimilating and deploying competitive intelligence reports and action plans.
- 10% Develops competitive pricing strategies for products, services, interest rates, growth objectives and placement.
- 5% Other duties as assigned.

- Stationary 75% of time or greater
- Move Objects to Maximum 10 lbs
