Job Description:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Teaching:
Supervision and instruction of medical students, residents, and fellows as appropriate in skills associated with the professional practice of Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine
Clinical:
Provide evaluation and care as a faculty/attending physician for inpatients and outpatients at all Marshall Health Internal Medicine (Gastro) locations in Huntington and Teays Valley. This will include a combination of both personal clinics and resident walk-in/continuity clinics.
Research:
Initiation and completion of research projects at the request of students, residents, or faculty as part of your scholarly activity plan.
Service:
Participate in committees at Marshall University and hospitals ( Cabell Huntington Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital, and Rivers Health), and other organizations as assigned.
Attend Section meetings for Marshall University and hospitals as assigned.
Virtual/remote attendance and participation will be permitted.
