We are seeking a results-driven Construction Sales Representative to generate new business and manage bids for stormwater infrastructure and utility projects. This role combines fieldwork, client relationship management, proposal development, and CRM coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue leads in stormwater and utility construction
• Build relationships with property managers, engineers, and municipalities
• Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals
• Manage data and project updates in CRM (PipeDrive)
• Coordinate awarded projects with internal teams
• Attend site visits, meetings, and networking events

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Construction Management, related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in stormwater or utility construction
• Proficient in CRM tools (PipeDrive preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
