As a Technical Support Engineer at Buhler, you're the go-to problem solver for our global clientele, addressing software and hardware issues with finesse. Each day, you competently dive into our ticketing system, tackling customer inquiries and providing top-notch remote support. Whether it's troubleshooting software glitches or initiating quality notification processes, your expertise ensures seamless operations across Buhler's business units.

If this sounds like the right role for you, you must meet the following requirements to qualify:

• Technical diploma or higher degree in mechanical, electrical, automation engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in process automation (process control system, visualization system) or customer service
