Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

As Senior Director, Product Owner – Agentic AI & Harnesses, you'll lead a lean, dynamic team building and delivering the agent harnesses and platform capabilities that enable and accelerate the development of generative AI applications across the enterprise. This is a technical role: you'll work hands-in-hands with technical leads and engineers to shape decisions, evaluate emerging AI/agent technologies, and translate deep technical understanding into product strategy. You'll define the future of how the organization designs and deploys AI agents across business processes, requiring both product leadership and genuine technical fluency in AI and agentic architectures.

What Will You Do?

• Define, prioritize and ensure a ready backlog of work for 1-2 complex cross-functional product team(s), accept final product output, focusing on achievement of defined outcomes versus defining how the work is completed.
• Lead an effective and collaborative team, bringing enough technical understanding to evaluate emerging agentic architectures and AI capabilities.
• Hands-on build prototypes and proof-of-concepts that demonstrate AI/agentic capabilities, validate technical feasibility, and help translate emerging concepts into practical enterprise solutions.
• Stay current on emerging agentic AI patterns and assess their relevance and feasibility for enterprise use cases.
• As a player / coach, may manage and support multiple team leads while actively leading an Agile product team.
• Effectively manage a backlog of deliverables and capabilities
