Training Team Administrator

CACI is seeking a Training Administrator/Coordinator to support a fast-paced Training Team providing instruction to members of the DoD Travel Community. Responsible for providing administrative and coordination support services for training events/initiatives. Duties may include planning, organizing, and coordinating material for training events and courses, to include announcements, enrollments, logistics, production of materials, surveys, and post-event wrap-up. While there will be occasions that allow working from home, the candidate should expect to come into the office most days, requiring proximity to our location in Chesapeake, VA.
Responsibilities:
Support training team with all tasks related to training material, facilities, and online registration processing.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at the same time, in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Interact with multiple levels of management.
Qualifications:
University degree (2 year or 4 year) and or equivalent experience
0-2 years customer service and administrative experience with specific experience communicating with external customers.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. Being able to meet deadlines is paramount to individual success and the success of the project.
The ability to communicate effectively and professionally orally and in writing internally and externally with potential and current customers.
Ability to be resourceful and flexible.
Continuous learning mindset and desire to step into stretch assignments.
Desired:
Looking for persons who have initiative and willingness to continuously develop professionally.
Availability to represent CACI at conferences and symposiums.
