PRN Registered Nurse (RN) – Miami Market

PRN | Day Shifts (7 AM – 7 PM) | Travel Required Across All Miami Centers
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Required

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support our Miami market, which includes our Hallandale Beach, Doral, Kendall, and South Miami infusion centers.

This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling and day shifts only (no nights, no Sundays, no holidays). Ideal candidates will bring bilingual fluency in Spanish and English and be willing to travel to all Miami centers as needed.

What You Will Do

• Provide flexible coverage across multiple sites in the Miami region
• Administer infusion and injection therapies with precision and compassion in an outpatient setting
• Conduct clinical assessments, monitor patient responses, and ensure exceptional documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and disease management
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and IVX Health policies and protocols
• Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams for seamless patient care
• Support inventory, documentation, and workflow optimization
• Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.

What We'reLooking For

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required
• PRN availability with flexibility to work 7 AM – 7 PM shifts
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple IVX centers
• Strong IV skills and infusion therapy experience preferred
• BLS certification required; PALS preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation
