Major Responsibilities  

• Administration of ServiceNow Knowledge Base and Service Catalog 

• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows in ServiceNow 

• Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls 

• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs 

• Assists with researching and resolving technical problems 

• Based on customer requirements, formulates/defines systems scope and objectives 

• Researches, develops, codes or modifies architecture components that are well designed, efficient and conform to architectural standards 

• Analyzes system requirements and existing business processes and information systems. Participates in business process reviews 

• Develops automation techniques to enable end-user content publishing and communicating with existing content management systems 

 

Minimum Job Requirements 

Education 

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field 

Certification / License 

ServiceNow Fundamentals Certification 

Work Experience 

Typically requires 3 years’ experience with ServiceNow in development of workflows, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, custom apps.
