$37.50 - $56.25Major Responsibilities
Administration of ServiceNow Knowledge Base and Service Catalog
Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows in ServiceNow
Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
Assists with researching and resolving technical problems
Based on customer requirements, formulates/defines systems scope and objectives
Researches, develops, codes or modifies architecture components that are well designed, efficient and conform to architectural standards
Analyzes system requirements and existing business processes and information systems. Participates in business process reviews
Develops automation techniques to enable end-user content publishing and communicating with existing content management systems
Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Computer Science or related field
Certification / License
ServiceNow Fundamentals Certification
Work Experience
Typically requires 3 years’ experience with ServiceNow in development of workflows, custom web services, custom notifications, assessments, custom apps.
