*This is a 7th Shift position. Shift hours are Monday - Thursday from 2 PM – Midnight

The Production Supervisor will lead and coach in a dynamic operations environment to support our organization. In this role, the Production Supervisor will provide direction to skilled employees, leading employee engagement and continuous improvement efforts guided by our Roadmap and Control Tower objectives. The Production Supervisor will lead sustained improvements in safety, quality, production, material procurement, and cost reduction through the system’s various elements critical to the business' success.

What You Will Do:

  • Plans, designs, and executes activities directly related to the physical creation of products and the functional operation of facilities; oversees production operations (shop floor management, workforce management, and flow disruption management), maintenance, plant engineering, scheduling, and personnel.
  • Performs professional or management work regularly across multiple Manufacturing disciplines. Includes activities that cannot be attributed to a defined Operations discipline.
  • Manages cell productivity and guides scheduling, sequencing of work, and production innovation to optimize production.
  • Ensures all quality-related items for multiple cells or complex cells are complete and documented to meet established quality standards.
  • Guides cost reduction and process improvement in multiple cells or a complex cell to ensure the efficiency of operations and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in an engineering, manufacturing, operations management, production, program/project management or quality environment; OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years of experience; OR High School Diploma/GED Equivalent and 6+ years of experience
  • U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • SAP user experience
  • Leadership experience with specialized knowledge, or technical/operational practices, and/or shop environment experience
  • Continuous improvement certificates/training such as 6 Sigma practitioner/Professional certification
  • Experience with Environmental Health & Safety principles
  • Experience in MS Office applications, specifically MS PowerPoint and Excel
