What You'll Do

Samsung Semiconductor's Memory Product Marketing team is the place to be. We use deep consumer insight, experience, and market-driven innovation to develop new product and solution concepts to our key customers, some of the leading companies across multiple industries. Bringing new hardware, software and services to market, we work directly with key product planning groups for each business unit for our customers to get Samsung technology into products that enhance the daily lives of consumer end-users. We provide new ways to bring multiple Samsung products to market. This position will provide exposure on the role and areas of Product Marketing through engagement with Sales, Product Planning, and the Marketing Communications team.  Analysis of industry data, competitor product offerings, and analyst reports will produce key insights enabling strategic decisions at the manager and executive levels.  This contribution will expand communication across key groups and stakeholders while providing competitive awareness to help Samsung maintain industry leadership.  Development of skills and business acumen will provide a solid foundation of product marketing expertise.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose headquarters 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time.

• Learn and develop understanding of Enterprise SSD use cases with server and storage SSD
• Gather, analyze, and summarize analyst data for internal and customer marketing updates
• Perform market sensing and research on competitive activities such as announcements, news, financial results, and marketing campaigns with key takeaways for cross functional stakeholder communication
• Help organize go-to-market product launches and campaigns
• Support Executive and Enterprise SSD weekly reports with customer and competitive research data

What You Bring

• Completing or enrollment in bachelor’s or master’s college degree in a related field such as marketing, entrepreneurship, or business management
• Passion for competitive analysis
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Collaborative and ability to work with others
• Familiarity of enterprise channel business is a plus
• High interest in learning server and storage
• Communication and concise writing skills

Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.

Hourly Base Pay Rates$27—$57 USD
