The Work:

A developer who understands ServiceNow and would support design, development and the testing of ServiceNow. A System Developer who has worked on multiple ServiceNow  projects conducting ServiceNow system administration and development support. Previous experience includes full life cycle of ServiceNow development including design, programming, and testing to application delivery. Has the ability to develop applications based on technical/functional design documents, and hands on involvement in coding and testing. Provide ServiceNow software configuration across various technical areas and analyze business requirements to develop technical requirements.

Here's what you need:

• At least one year of ServiceNow Experience with application development
• Experience with 1+ scripting languages
• Experience interfacing with clients
• A ServiceNow System Admin certification

Bonus Points if you have:

• An understanding of Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL 
• An ITIL Foundations Certification 
• Ability to lead, mentor, and champion a team

Eligibility Requirements: 

• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance may be required

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
