Land Development Civil Engineer (EIT) or Project Designer

Job Description

We are a collaborative holistically minded, team of approximately 100 employees in 4 Ohio offices who work globally with other Arcadis IBI Group offices on a range of projects using technology to define urban improvements.   This role will be a part of our Urban Renewal Sector.  

Most of the things you’ll work on:

• Assisting Lead Engineer and Project Manager with various project tasks including researching, compiling and evaluating project data
• Preparing technical reports and performing design calculations 
• CAD drafting and design 
• Potential site visits for data collection and observation 
• Complete other administrative duties as required
   

Qualifications

You'll need to have:

• Civil Engineering Bachelors Degree
• EIT Designation or planning to sit for FE exam in next 6 months
• Experience specifically in the Civil/Land Development sector
• Proficient skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D software. 
• Proficient skills within MS Office - specifically Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• MicroStation ability not required but would be considered an asset
• Strong work ethic with ability to Multi-task, prioritize, and take direction
• Ability to work well with team members 
• Good communication and client relationship skills
