Job Description
As an Executive Admin Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the leadership of this fast-paced fintech startup. You’ll manage high-level communications, optimize executive schedules, and contribute to research that shapes product development. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the fintech industry while honing your organizational and multitasking skills. Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize executive email inbox using Superhuman, ensuring efficient communication flow
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, optimizing the executive’s time and productivity
- Research and secure speaking engagements and event opportunities to boost company visibility
- Arrange travel logistics for company executives, ensuring smooth business trips
- Assist with product-related research, contributing to future roadmap and design decisions
- Collect and organize customer feedback to drive product improvements and user satisfaction
- Support various administrative tasks to maintain smooth operations in a fast-growing startup environment
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with email management tools, particularly Superhuman (familiarity is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with productivity tools such as Notion
- Interest in fintech, Gen Z market trends, and the evolving landscape of personal finance
- Ability to work part-time, 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, preferably between 12 PM to 6 PM BST
- No phone call handling required, but strong digital communication skills are essential
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic startup environment
