What you'll do...

The Walmart Dairy Plant in Fort Wayne, IN is one of the largest Milk Processing Plants in the United States. We provide our customers with the freshest, high quality milk at everyday low prices for families. We are seeking to hire an experienced SPOC Operator for assisting in monitoring and reporting warehouse inventory levels and troubleshooting automation.

Job Duties:

• Develop and interpret material flow control system reports in order to maintain system and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor color coded display and correct logic errors in material flow control system
• Process or handle product i.e. realign pallets stabilize loads on material handling system i.e. conveyor crane shuttle car monorail carts according to procedure
• Monitor color coded display in material flow control system to identify errors i.e. jams and direct appropriate DC resources to address errors
• Complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices
• Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress and information determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback
