Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (1 hour lunch break)
Comp range: $25-$30 an hour
About the Role:
Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we’re looking for Temporary Veterinary Talent Researchers & Sourcers to join our dynamic recruitment team.
In this position, you will locate top veterinary talent to support Bond Vet’s growing recruitment team. You will utilize various sourcing strategies and tools to build a robust data set of qualified leads for Bond Vet.
This temporary remote role involves managing datasets, conducting research, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a keen eye for detail. What You'll Do:
- Support Bond Vet’s Recruitment Team and Regional Leaders by researching and sourcing diverse, qualified leads across various channels in support of Bond Vet's hiring needs based on Bond’s ideal talent profiles
- Utilize a variety of sourcing and research techniques, including Boolean searches, online job boards, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, professional veterinary groups), industry publications, and networking to proactively source new candidates and complete missing information for previously sourced leads.
- Maintain clean and accurate record keeping related to all areas of candidate information.
- Meet daily goals related to sourcing new candidates, completing necessary information fields, and candidate organization.
You Have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment or research, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of Boolean search strategies and online research techniques.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, where adaptability, hussle, and flexibility are key.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) software, as well as a basic to intermediate understanding of Google Sheets.
- Proven initiative-taking abilities, with exemplary attention to detail and a proactive approach to sourcing and recruiting, and the ability to complete tasks in full within determined deadlines.
Additional Information:
These positions will be filled quickly. Individuals who wish to apply must be available to complete the interview process the week of June 10th, with the ability to start full time employment on June 17th.
This role is offered by Bond on a temporary basis, with the opportunity for permanent full-time employment. Must be available to start on June 17th and be available for the entire duration of the contract: June 17 - July 12, 2024, 9am-6pm EST, Monday - Friday. (June 19th & July 4th are not working days)
We are considering candidates with permanent residency in and can perform the required work in the following states: CT, FL, GA, IL, OH, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, TX, VA or Washington D.C. Regardless of location, employees must be available to work EST hours. A laptop will be provided by Bond Vet. Each employee must have a reliable home internet connection. An internet stipend will be provided by Bond Vet. Employees are required to establish a separate, safe, designated work area at their remote work location and must maintain this area for as long as the employee is working remotely. This area must be quiet and free of distractions or other impediments to productivity, work quality, and confidentiality. If located within commutable distance, the employee is welcome to work at our corporate office in Chelsea, NYC if desired.
