You will be at the core of our operations, acting as the crucial link between our advanced robotics technology and our global customers. As a key player, you will ensure a flawless customer experience through world-class technical support, rigorous Quality Assurance (QA), and by driving our AI-first automation strategy. YOUR TASKS
- Provide expert technical support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering expert support for our robotic systems. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, diagnosing technical issues, and ensuring timely and effective resolutions across multiple communication channels.
- Ensure customer success around the clock: Provide reliable technical support, including scheduled evening and weekend shifts, to guarantee our customers' operational uptime and success.
- Drive quality assurance (QA): Execute and analyze tests for new software releases and robot behaviors on our test site to ensure rock-solid stability.
- Champion our automation & AI-First strategy: Identify opportunities for automation, contribute to continuous improvement projects, and combine your technical knowledge and your day-to-day experience to make our operations more efficient and scalable with the latest technologies.
- Resolve critical issues: When automation isn't enough, you will be trusted to remotely access and navigate robots to resolve complex situations that require human intelligence.
YOUR PROFILE
- Enrolled student in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Mechatronics) at a German university.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen interest in improving processes and systems.
- Passionate about Robotics, AI, and working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- An independent and highly reliable way of working, especially when handling customer issues.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work mainly onsite at our office in Darmstadt.
HELPFUL ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience with ROS, Linux, and scripting/programming (especially Python or C++) is a significant advantage for contributing to our automation projects.
- Further language skills in Spanish, German, Chinese, French, or Italian are a plus.
