What’s the Role?

As an Associate in Accounts Payable (AP), you’ll be an essential part of our Finance Operations team, supporting end-to-end invoice processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our vendors, and helping maintain healthy financial operations. You’ll gain exposure to complex processes, multiple stakeholders, and international business environments—all while making a real impact.

Who Are We Looking For?

We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment. Ideally, you bring:

- A background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics (or you’re currently pursuing a degree in one of these fields)

- 1+ year of experience in finance operations—preferably in Accounts Payable

- Familiarity with SAP and other digital tools is a plus

- Great communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

- A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure

-Fluent English and a team-oriented attitude

Why Shell?

- Exposure to global finance operations and diverse, international teams

- Opportunities to contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement

- A culture of learning and development, with resources to grow your skills and confidence

- A supportive team that values your perspective and empowers you to succeed

- Hybrid working arrangements

Note: This is a temporary position ending in December 2025—ideal for gaining meaningful, hands-on experience early in your finance career.
