Warehouse Stock Clerk (FWS)

• General Clerical Duties: data entry, filing, making copies, answering the phones efficiently & mail runs.
• Assist with department inventory, data gathering, reconciliations and reporting; assist with material checkout, receiving documentation, archive and warehouse organization.
• Assist with stocking shelves.

• Deliver parts and supplies throughout campus as needed.

• Two years previous office experience desired.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook preferred and knowledge of FAMIS software desired.
• Ability to utilize office equipment (copy machine, fax, scanner, etc.) and follow verbal and written instructions.

• Ability to work under pressure and answer questions with accurate information.

• Ability to work independently with numerous interruptions and minimal supervision.

• Dependable and able to follow through on assignments.
• A valid California Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance is preferred.

• Must possess excellent customer service skills, motivation, dependability, punctuality and a positive attitude.
• Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Must be detail oriented.

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
