Enterprise Architect (Mid-level)

As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of enterprise-level digital solutions that meet the strategic objectives of our Fortune 500 clients. Responsibilities

• Efficiently manages the demands for delivering a business needed solution.
• Documents and develops architecture documents, data and process flows as required.
• Defines and provides architecture assessments of current state architecture and recommendations for future state aligning with business goals and strategy.
• Partners with IT Managers, business stakeholders to understand the business requirements, initiates market scan for technology/vendor selection based on business case and specifications.
• Defines an end-to-end architecture solution for variety of business problems and projects considering all aspects - people, process, and technology.
• Creates documentation and captures the enterprise architecture recommendation using its standards.
• Provides guidance to business, IT and other team members as needed from EA perspective.
• Well-versed with architectural domain principles - Business, Technology, Information/Data, Application, API design.
• A subject matter expert responsible for the development of enterprise conceptual and logical architecture blueprint, current and future state technology platform/infrastructure simplification, and advancement.
• Well adept at executive level audience interpersonal communication and presentation formats.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment with constant changing.
• Demonstrated ability to learn modern technologies and stay current with healthcare and technology industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding enterprise architecture life cycle methodologies.
• Receives little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.

Requirements

• At least 5-7 years of Health Care IT Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise frameworks. Proficiency with MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, and collaboration tools. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation skills, initiative-taker Strong understanding of basic provider, claims, members, and other needed processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills across different level including C-level.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a demanding environment with constant changing objectives.
• Results oriented, initiative-taking, able to work independently.
• Experience with Cloud technologies Azure, EHR(EPIC), or Salesforce (or similar cloud capabilities) preferred.

Desired: TOGAF or other Industry EA certification desired. Agile Methodology/Scrum experience desired
