  • Lead end‑to‑end sourcing initiatives, including RFIs, RFPs, negotiations, supplier selection, and contract execution.

  • Co-create roadmaps with suppliers to drive transformation, innovation, and outcome‑based delivery models.

  • Align internal stakeholders and suppliers through change; manage risk and ensure continuity while maintaining flexible relationships.

Enable Technology & Digital Transformation

  • Partner with Technology leaders to support modernization initiatives across customer & commercial, cloud infrastructure, AI, cybersecurity, data & analytics, and enterprise platforms.

  • Provide commercial leadership for large‑scale technology programs, transformations, and renewals.

  • Translate technology roadmaps into aligned sourcing strategies with key business leaders.

Drive Commercial Excellence & Governance

  • Negotiate and manage complex, multi‑year global contracts aligned with corporate mandates, compliance standards, and risk controls.

  • Establish and maintain governance routines (e.g., QBRs, KPIs/SLAs) to manage performance, risk, and compliance across supplier relationships.

  • Lead financial modeling, benchmarking, and business case development to inform executive decision‑making.

Stakeholder Leadership & Influence

  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Legal, Enterprise Services, and Operating Units.

  • Act as a strategic advisor, providing commercial insights and recommendations to support technology and investment decisions.

  • Influence senior stakeholders through data‑driven insights, clear communication, and sound commercial judgment.

  • Advise on sourcing strategy, market trends, supplier innovation opportunities, and emerging technology considerations.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable cost optimization and value‑creation outcomes.

  • Strong understanding of technology markets, vendor ecosystems, and commercial models.

  • Experience operating in a large, matrixed, global organization.

Key Capabilities
