Location: College Place Health Clinic – Walla Walla University Campus, College Place, WA

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week  

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

             
Mondays – Thursdays | Clinic Hours: 9am – 5:30pm

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant to join our College Place Health Clinic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to patient care, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Certified Medical Assistant license
• BLS certification every 2 years
   

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and assist providers with exams, procedures, and basic lab tests.
• Administer medications and maintain clean, stocked exam rooms.
• Open the clinic, greet patients, and provide general front‑office support.
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance and demographic information.
• Collect payments, manage petty cash, and handle clinic mail.
• Flex between clinical and administrative duties to support smooth clinic operations.
