International Finance Controller - Dublin

A fantastic, newly created role in the Ofrium Group to lead our International Controllership efforts. Orfium are a rapidly scaling market leader in the music technology industry. This is a key hire for the company and will report into the International CFO.

Responsibilities

⦁ Manage all international audits and tax returns, liaising with multiple external service providers

⦁ Manage the month end close process across multiple international regions

⦁ Creation and presentation of all Management reporting on a monthly basis

⦁ Work closely with FP&A on all budgets, reforecasts and long term plans

⦁ Cashflow forecasting and management for all international businesses

⦁ M&A due diligence, analysis and tracking

⦁ Involvement in IP valuation, transfer pricing and corporate structuring

⦁ Work closely with Legal, HR and R&D on process improvement between the teams

⦁ Work closely with Global Controllership on international AP and AR processes and best practices

⦁ Implementation of new systems and tooling as we continue to scale

⦁ Conduct profitability analysis across the regions ensuring a bottom line focus

⦁ Develop, analyse and distribute cost centre reporting to all key stakeholders on a monthly basis

Requirements

What you need to succeed in the role!

⦁ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and related field (ACA, CPA, or other relevant certification) with 10+ years PQE

⦁ Extensive experience working in a rapidly scaling tech environment

⦁ Extensive Controlership experience working in a multi entity, international company

⦁ Detailed knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and taxation legislation

⦁ Advanced Excel modelling experience

⦁ Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, and spend management and payment platforms (Sage Intacct, Brex, and Tipalti are preferred).

⦁ Exceptional organizational and leadership skills

⦁ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (ACA, CPA, or other relevant certification is a plus).
