This position serves as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Manager for Change Management, initiating and implementing the detailed work plan for the ERP Change Management program. In this role, you will manage Organizational Change Management for the ERP program which includes ERP Communications. In addition, this position will partner with the ERP Program leadership to oversee, coordinate, and control the continuing implementation of the ERP Program; serve as a full-line supervisor; work closely with other ERP Program team members; serve as the primary point of contact for Change Management of the ERP Program; and serve as a member of the Executive ERP Program Team.
