Electrical Project Manager

Seeking an Electrical Project Manager with experience successfully managing Multi-Family and Commercial Projects for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Tampa, FL.

This role will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and quality standards.

Compensation $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service, and long-term relations.
• Travel to job sites to ensure goals are being achieved; address problems related to the project and communicate professionally with all parties when requested.
• Work closely with and report to VP of Operations.
• Manage planning of the labor force.
• Work closely with others on all aspects of electrical project management- job start up, coordination, vendor agreements, material and rental agreements, issue purchase orders, create submittals, and other assigned duties.
• Be proactive in implementing strategies to reduce project costs, maximize production, and enhance customer relations.

• Electrical PM experience successfully managing Multi-Family and Commercial Projects.
• Work closely with high-level customers (relationships).
• Able to thrive in a professional work environment.
• Knowledge of MS OFFICE/Outlook/PROCORE.
• Strong communication skills.
