Commercial Insurance Revenue Analytics & Panel Manager

About the role
This position reports to the VP of Commercial Insurance, CI, Revenue Analytics & Panel Management and supports revenue growth in Commercial P&C Panels and Cross-Sell of Commercial Insurance Products.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial P&C Panel
- Manage, coordinate, and track new and existing Panels within CI P&C.
- Drive operational alignment and efficiencies to support P&C Panels.
- Conduct financial reporting and performance tracking.
- Engage and communicate with external Producer partners.
- Coordinate and create internal and external presentations to launch new Panels or update existing ones.
- Publish Panel resources, training materials, and account prospects to engage internal Field Operations and Distribution teams.
- Collaborate with Legal to execute necessary NDAs and Panel Agreements.
Cross-Sell
- Collaborate with data analytics and Field Operations to refine cross-sell reporting metrics, focusing on large Key Accounts.
- Communicate cross-sell results to relevant internal and external stakeholders to enhance understanding and support improvement.
- Establish regular meetings to review cross-selling results, with detailed analysis by Region, Branch, Line of Business, Industry Practice, or other market segments.
- Track the effectiveness of cross-sell efforts and report insights to CI leadership.
Qualifications:
- Strong ability to use data to drive decision-making and support conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using tools such as Artificial Intelligence (e.g., ChatGPT), Teams, Qlik software, PowerPoint, and Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VBA macros, Power Query, etc.).
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry; P&C insurance experience preferred.
