As an Enterprise MDM Senior Engineer, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and management of mobile device management solutions across a large-scale enterprise environment. You will ensure secure and efficient management of mobile devices, applications, and data across various platforms such as macOS, iOS, Android, Windows, etc. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our mobile operations ensuring security policies, compliance standards, and performance are maintained.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
THE GAME PLAN

- Endpoint Management: Take ownership and be the subject matter expert in our device platform solutions, Jamf and Intune, providing guidance on how to build out proper solutions to end users.
- Mobile Device Management: Take ownership and be the subject matter expert for mobile devices including how we maintain and manage policies around corporate-owned devices versus bring-your-own-device.
- Configuration Management: Develop and enforce policies and configurations for management of devices including automation of various applications, security and compliance protocols, and access controls.
- Feature Research & Evaluation: Stay up to date with new features released by Jamf and Intune and evaluate their relevance, feasibility, and benefits for the organization.
- Security Standardization: Ensure our devices meet security standards, including encryption, password policies, automatic updating of operating systems and applications, remote functions such as lock/wipe, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
- Endpoint Compliance: Manage upholding compliance numbers ensuring that automations and policies in our device platform solutions are maintained and continually reaching compliance goals.
- Scripting Knowledge: Build scripts to automate manual device processes such as dev environment setup and security tooling.

What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency and experience with leading Mobile Device Management efforts (Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Kandji, Hexnode, etc) for different device platforms (macOS, iOS, Windows, Android).
- Proven experience with managing zero-touch policies and processes for devices ranging from laptops to BYOD (bring-your-own-device)
- Advance knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows) and their respective security frameworks.
- Advance knowledge of mobile application management (MAM), mobile content management (MCM), and mobile threat defense (MTD) systems.
- Relevant certifications such as Jamf 300/400, M365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate/Expert, MCITP, or MCSE are highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities, communication and collaboration abilities, and project management abilities
- Must be willing to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours work for maintenance or emergencies.
- Must be willing to travel to other office sites on a needs basis.
