Job Description

• Process analysis and optimization: Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points, and develop strategies to streamline workflows and eliminate manual tasks.
• Solution design and development: Design and develop automation solutions using a variety of processes and technologies using workflow management systems, and custom software applications. Ensure that the solutions align with business objectives and integrate smoothly with existing systems.
• Automation implementation: Configure and implement automation solutions in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure proper integration and compatibility with backend systems and databases.
• Project management: Manage automation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to gather requirements, set expectations, and communicate project progress.
• Continuous improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented automation solutions. Identify areas for further improvement and optimization, and propose enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Stay updated with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices.
• Documentation and training: Create detailed documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user manuals, to ensure clarity and consistency in automated processes. Conduct training sessions for end-users to familiarize them with the automated workflows and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Qualifications

• You graduated with a Bachelor's or Master degree. Technical fields of study preferred (incl. MINT, CS, Electrical Engineering, etc.) 
• You have previous experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments (0-2 year working experience welcome), ideally in fast-scaling startup
• You have strong analytical skills to analyze complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose automation solutions.
• You have the ability to gather and interpret data to drive process improvements.
• You have an understanding of business operations, workflows, and the ability to translate business requirements into automation solutions 
• You are familiar with various functional areas such as finance, human resources, operations or supply chain management. 
• You are proficient in at least one programming language, ideally Python, yet every language is welcome (e.g., Javascript, Java, R)
• You are proficient in workflow management systems (e.g., Retool, Integromat/ Make, Zapier) to automate operational processes
