HVAC Estimator/Coordinator - Commercial/Sales/HVAC

We are in search of a dynamic individual that has experience estimating/quoting commercial and/or industrial commercial clients. 

Candidates will be responsible for estimating bid proposals for the commercial/industrial sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing bids for commercial clients.
• Take-offs and estimation of equipment, labor and materials.
• Experience in obtaining and evaluating material/parts, equipment and vendors quotes for service/repair work.
• Writing proposals/bids.
• Managing multiple bids simultaneously and evaluating changes through the bid process.
• Service/Repair experience a huge plus.
• Reporting to the General Manager of HVAC 
• Schedule and monitor incoming parts.
• Order parts for jobs/projects
• Integrated approvals
• NTE Changes (not to exceed- request and change increases in prices)
• Laison between client and General Manager
• Maintenance Changes - keeping up with vendor changes, parts, prices, and equipment.  Maintaining Spreadsheets up to date.

Requirements

• Estimator experience on service/repair work for HVAC.
• Microsoft – Office, Outlook, Integrated Platforms, Excel
• Experience managing multiple bids through the entire bid process.
• A strong background in HVAC.  This is a MUST.
• Ability to accurately compile a summary of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
