Service Repair Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Maintains and organizes all built standard jobs which are used by the sales and service departments when quoting repair costs to customers as well as being used in total maintenance and repair contract pricing and machine life cycle costs
- Creates and updates all service letter standard jobs in the dealer business software
- Creates preventative maintenance standards on all new machine models in Ziegler’s equipment population
- Maintains the standard job catalog
- Adds new base serial numbers and modifies existing base serial numbers as needed to mirror the existing machine population in Ziegler’s territory
- Creates and maintains preventative maintenance contract pricing for Caterpillar equipment
- Updates repair parts list with revised part numbers as required
- Appraises accuracy of standard jobs with supervisor on a yearly basis
- Identifies and works with branches to review job utilization and updates parts and/or labor changes of standard jobs if necessary
- Works cooperatively with both the sales and service departments to achieve realistic standard job pricing
- Fields questions via phone or email regarding standard jobs
- Trains users on how to utilize systems to quote standard jobs
Qualifications:
- High School Degree required; 4 year degree preferred
- Knowledge of construction, agricultural and on-highway trucks preferred
- Strong computer and Microsoft Excel skills required
- Personal Attributes: Attention to Detail, Efficiency, Planning and Organization, Commitment / Dependability, Teamwork
- Mechanical aptitude a plus

The pay range for this position is
$24.16 to $28.98Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant’s location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
