Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):

• Responsible for change management:  Developing training for all logistic processes and end users within factory, as well as touch points with customer system.
• Responsible for escalations:  configuration errors, help desk tickets for system issues.
• Responsible for Change Requests: system enhancements to support new flows as well as improve existing functionality.
• Responsible for system configuration processes: if not only role configuring, PSKU must provide training for configuration and ensure others making preparation in the correct way.
• PSKU Stripe Engineer should have the ability to work closely with the engineering team and be able to implement the changes requested.
• PSKU Stripe Engineer may also be involved with the materials processes such as: put away, receiving, and auditing the materials racks.
•  PSKU Stripe Engineer should have the ability to communicate directly to the supervisors, materials or production, for matters pertaining to material processes i.e. material delivery to point of use as well as give clear direction to material operators and leads.
