As part of a small, passionate, diverse, accomplished, and rapidly evolving team of experts, you will assemble major launch vehicle structures, secondary structures, and other spaceflight systems. You will share in the team’s impact on all aspects of transforming the way rockets are made and operated.

We are looking for an entry-level general helper who is committed to safety, and quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!
Responsibilities:
- Help with the setup of new production work areas to include, tooling and equipment
- Capable of operating material handling equipment including forklifts, fork trucks, and other ground support equipment as required
- Helping with Continuous Improvement projects for area safety and efficiency
- Perform routine functions such as daily clean-up of work areas, support 5S activities, and eliminate FOD
- Ability to move parts and tooling from one work center to another
- Ability to work off-shift, extended hours, overtime, and weekends if/when necessary
- Other duties as assigned by higher level technicians/supervision or otherwise beneficial to fulfilling the mission and vision
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in at least three of the following is required:
- Some experience with hand tools and assemblies
- Ability to work from written work instructions
- Work collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, disciplines, and backgrounds
- Communicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and person
- Basic computer skills such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.
- Climb ladders/stairs and work in small, restricted areas
- Perform repetitive work, including lifting of items up to 35lbs
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

- Work effectively with a strong work ethic and close attention to detail in a fast-paced dynamic team environment with rapidly changing roles and responsibilities
