Sr. SAP OTC Functional Consultant

Location: Remote with limited travel to Customer Locations 

Role Overview:

The seasoned SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) Senior Consultant will be at the forefront of helping with the deployment of an advanced OTC solutions within the SAP S/4HANA landscape.. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in SAP's Order to Cash (OTC) processes within the S/4HANA environment, with a proven track record of successful integration with key SAP modules such as FI, CO, MM, PP, and MDG. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and SAP configuration, along with the ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training material using SAP EnableNow or uPerform.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the  design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA OTC processes.
• Analyze and understand the delivered OTC processes and solutions and the integration with SAP FI, CO, MM, PP, and MDG modules that are supporting the complex business requirements.
• Work with the business users to understand the optimization of SAP OTC processes through the delivered SAP S/4HANA solutions, supporting the overall business efficiency and productivity.
• Work with the project team and manage stakeholder expectations and provide expert guidance on the SAP best practices being delivered with the project.
• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality SAP training materials and training sessions using tools like SAP EnableNow to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
• Support Organization Change Management (OCM) activities as it relates to business process and technology transformation activities 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA with a focus on the OTC process within the wholesale distribution and discrete manufacturing industries.
• Minimum of two (2) end-to-end life cycle implementation / roll outs in SAP S/4HANA in OTC process area
• Very Good understanding of SAP OTC business processes (Sales Order, Credit Management, Available To Promise, Pricing, Billing) and SAP functionalities (architecture)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong Experience in conducting SAP Process workshops in client engagements and drive decisions Experience in preparing for and delivering presentations / training sessions
• Proven expertise in integrating SAP S/4HANA OTC with SAP FI, CO, MM, PP, and MDG.
• Good understanding of SAP business processes (Sales Order, Credit Management, Available To Promise, Pricing, Billing) and SAP functionalities (architecture)
• Strong Experience in conducting SAP Process workshops in client engagements and drive decisions Experience in preparing for and delivering presentations / training sessions
• Strong experience in developing and delivering training materials using SAP EnableNow or uPerform.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• SAP certifications in relevant modules are highly desirable.

The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $122,800.00 to $171,920.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.​
