Position Summary

This MCO Print Validation (PV) Sr. Analyst role has a primary duty to implement new clients as well as maintain current clients for Med D Enrollment letters. This entails understanding CMS guidelines and annual change requirements, with a focus on template structure and data variables, processing materials in a timely manner to meet tight deadlines. A key function of the role will be to lead efforts with our business partners to improve efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality. To perform these functions, the Sr. Analyst must establish cross-functional working relationships with print vendors, internal and external business partners and MCO team members. The Sr. Analyst will lead and report on new and existing projects for the MCO PV team. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining department tracking and reporting. Other responsibilities include securing data files, coordinating weekly meetings and reporting to leadership. As an MCO PV Sr. Analyst, you must adhere to client and Med D guidelines for timeliness and quality, while executing with sensitivity to the member experience.


Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of work experience within a healthcare / PBM environment
- 2 + years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook with high level of proficiency
- 1+ Proofing experience and understanding of variable information and template mapping
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong time management, including good organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Flexibility, strong accountability and good teamwork skills

- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Serves as a liaison to internal partners, and execute against priorities set independently and stated by team in a timely manner.
- Strong time management and ability to work in a high energy environment.


Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in the areas outlined.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
