Location: Ash Flat, Arkansas
Pay: $18 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm
We’re looking for a reliable, people first problem solver to join our team at Waste Connections. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers, answering phones, resolving issues, and making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking incoming calls and helping customers with service requests, changes, and account updates
- Processing payments and answering billing questions
- Keeping account information accurate and up to date
- Working with drivers, dispatch and other team members to resolve issues efficiently and safely
- Assist with any additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of high-volume customer service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
