This team is entrusted with pushing the boundaries and building innovative AI / Machine Learning solutions in a growing and ever evolving space. This team also lays the foundation with the safety, privacy and performance guardrails and comes up with guidance for other teams to adopt the framework to build their own AI-enabled features.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in development of end-to-end AI/ML projects—from research and design to deployment and ongoing maintenance—ensuring scalable, production-ready systems

  • Help implement robust ML pipelines and production-grade infrastructure to support high-volume workloads

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities aligned with business goals and customer needs

  • Research and prototype novel AI/ML algorithms and techniques to drive innovation.

  • Help establish best practices for AI/ML development, deployment, monitoring, and governance

  • Monitor model performance, scalability, and cost in production, and drive continuous optimization

  • Advocate for responsible AI—focusing on fairness, transparency, and data privacy

Desired qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • 3+ years in technology or software development, with at least 1 year specializing in ML/AI and Data Science roles.

  • Technical comprehension of Classical AI/ML algorithms, deep learning, Natural Language Understanding and Processing, Generative AI such as GPT and BERT, Large Language Model, LangChain and LangGraph.

  • Proven track record developing and deploying scalable AI/ML systems and pipelines in production using AWS.

  • Proficiency in Python and a working knowledge of JVM language/services.

  • Proficiency in working with SQL and non-SQL data.

  • Experience with at least one major ML framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

  • Practical experience taking models from prototype to production; familiarity with AWS SageMaker is a plus.

  • Experience in MLOps and Machine Learning workflow orchestration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for staying current with AI research and applying novel techniques responsibly in production.
