Amazon Lending Go-To-Market Lead

This is a fully remote role based in Europe / US East coast only (CST or EST)

Role Overview 🚀

We are looking for a self-motivated Commercial Lead to report directly to the CEO / CRO and help with growing Uncapped’s presence in the Amazon ecosystem.

The Commercial Lead will have P&L responsibility for our newly-launched Amazon Lending product. You will be managing the Go-To-Market and distribution of the product aimed at Amazon Merchants. You will operate at both a strategic and a tactical level, with the ability to zoom in and out as needed to ensure the growth of our product.

You must have an extensive experience in marketing and selling to online SMEs. You preferably have a deep understanding of Amazon Merchant's ecosystem (especially FBA Sellers), ideally previously working in FBA aggregators or other lending businesses.

What you will do ✍️

• We have a new and exciting financing product that aims to support the growth of 3rd party sellers on popular marketplaces, beginning with Amazon. You will have full P&L responsibility for this product, including managing revenue generation, controlling operating costs and deciding the growth strategy for the product.
• You will be designing and executing Go To Market strategy, working with inbound, outbound, partnership and country teams to increase leads and conversions for this product as well as identifying obstacles to growth and using internal resources and external networks to remove them.
• You will work closely with our product and commercial teams in order to ensure we are creating products that delight our customers.
• You will engage with potential partners, Amazon and other marketplaces to build relationships in support of executing your strategy
• You will conduct thorough research in order to fully understand the Amazon 3rd party seller ecosystem, advising on pain points, competitive movements, 3rd party tool integrations and Amazon marketplace rule changes.

Requirements

Who you are 👀

• You have 7 to 9 years of experience in Go-To-Market/customer acquisition in the online SME space, ideally Amazon ecosystem.
• You have a hands-on attitude and thrive in a fast-paced environment, not shying away from juggling multiple projects at once
• You are a result-oriented person that loves to sell and doesn’t take “no” for an answer
• You have strong organisational skills with effective prioritisation and the ability to work independently
• You are modest and excellent at building collaborative relationships at all levels within an organisation
• You have strong analytical skills and are confident with making decisions based on data
• You have a high-energy personality, and love to build things from scratch
