As a member of the Revenue Operations team at Aurora, you will own the evolution of our Salesforce Platform and multiple other tech stacks that help us transform our customer success processes and tools as we aid the newest releases of Aurora’s groundbreaking software. You will work alongside a diverse team of administrators, analysts, and architects, both internal and external. You will be the key driver in bringing new customer success initiatives to life via our tech stack by implementing new customer success processes that already drive some of the best net promoter scores in the industry.

What you'll do:
- Create solutions within Salesforce and other tech stacks
- Enhance and maintain CPQ and territory alignments across the company
- Serve as a key member in the Revenue Operations team as a Salesforce Admin to assist in the configuration and development of our Sales and Customer Success tools and applications
- Work with End Users and Solution Architects to craft processes and future state designs
- Build the technical controls and automation that enforce the corporate policies and procedures used to keep our confidential data secure
- Integrate our business intelligence and customer data with Salesforce, to better enable our CSMs with accurate and real-time customer engagement data
- Conduct user testing to verify that our processes and systems are designed and implemented to meet user requirements
- Assist in the technical training and development of key operational support members as part of team enablement

- 2 years of basic project management experience
