Latham Medical Group is hiring a full-time Patient Support Specialist to join their team!
This is a 40 hour work week. The hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm.

Position Responsibilities include:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments
- Verify patient information and insurance details
- Manage patient check in and out process
- Respond to patient questions and direct concerns appropriately
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- Support providers and team members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Must have the following qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion
- Medical office experience is preferred

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

Qualifications- High school graduate or equivalent with additional education desirable.
- Previous clerical experience in a medical practice preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures preferred.
- Ability to use interpersonal skills to establish/maintain cooperative relationships with patients, family members, physicians, providers, managers, co-workers and external customers.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and discretion.
