Join us KYC Production Analyst/Associate and act as a single point of contact and subject matter expert for new customers and incremental business onboardings!
As a KYC Production Analyst/Associate within the KYC Middle Office team, you will be responsible for managing expectations regarding turnaround times and providing regular updates on the progress of client onboarding. Your role will require you to quickly establish rapport with our internal customers to ensure a smooth and efficient KYC process during client onboarding. Working in a dynamic and analytical environment, you will need to evaluate complex documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. It is essential that you demonstrate excellence, diversity, quality, respect, and inclusivity. You should be self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively within the wider team.
Job responsibilities
- Completes requests for new Client and incremental onboardings as well as periodic Renewal and reviews for the CIB Front Office, prioritises active requests, provides status updates of key onboardings
- Builds and develops strong partnerships, identifies challenges and eliminates roadblocks with all internal partners
- Ensures all information to and from our Clients is accurate, complete and compliant with AML, Local and Corporate Due Diligence requirements
- Coordinates case prioritization, capacity planning, and assignment with our Global KYC Middle Office teams
- Stays up to date of any changes to processes and procedures, regulatory change and ensure impacts are identified for in-progress requests
- Manages personal workload and priorities ensuring timely escalation of key risks/issues to management
- Identifies and execute process improvements, provides guidance and support on key process and technology initiatives to the business
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- 3+ years experience in the finance industry
- Resilient interpersonal skills, ability to partner with internal stakeholders
- Client focused whist maintaining a strong controls mind-set
- Proactive and flexible approach to personal workload and wider team targets
- Effective at managing time appropriately and organising workload for maximum productivity
- Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML standards
- Sound understanding of the Financial industry
- Previous experience working with funds, understanding fund set ups and structures
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Relevant experience in KYC
