Requirements

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Involvement in commercial UX/UI projects
• Design product concepts & prototypes or interfaces
• Work in the end-to-end digital process
• Collaborate with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
• Receive dedicated support and mentorship from experienced designer (your Mentor) to aid your growth and skill development

Your Profile:

• Portfolio of commercial or non-commercial projects
• Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1+)
• You know Figma pretty well
• Good communication skills
• Proactive attitude
• Discipline and self-motivation
• You're a quick learner

Nice to Haves

• First experience in design (prototyping, interfaces, research etc.)
• Social media presence (Dribbble or Behance)

💰 3 000 - 5 000 PLN (NET on B2B, or GROSS on Student Contract) 

🧑‍🏫 3 months of paid internship/ junior position with a dedicated Mentor. After this 3-month trial period, we hope to extend cooperation and offer a full-time position based on performance and alignment with company values and goals.
